CivSMP rewards you generously just for being here. There are several systems that give you free items, money, and keys — make sure you're claiming all of them!
Open the rewards menu with /rewards to claim:
These rewards include money, coins, crate keys, and other useful items. Make a habit of checking /rewards every time you log in!
Kits are bundles of items that give you a head start. Open the kits menu with /kits.
Basic survival items to help you get going when you first join. Not valuable in the long run, but perfect for starting out with the essentials.
Exclusive to players with premium ranks. Premium kits contain valuable items that give you a significant advantage — strong tools, rare materials, and more. Kits can be claimed infinitely, but each kit has a cooldown between uses.
Crate keys unlock random rewards — you might get something useful, or you might hit the jackpot. There are 5 crates at spawn, each with increasing tier and reward value:

If you're stepping away from the keyboard, make it count. AFK Ponds are special zones at spawn where you passively earn rewards just for standing in them. The rewards for each pond are displayed above it — just hop in before you go AFK!
Bring your friends to CivSMP and earn rewards for it. Every player you successfully refer earns you a bonus — check the /rewards menu for details on how the referral system works.
